Time had come for us to make that move - the one where you downsize! We loved our home but knew it needed to go. Jo-Ann was with us every step of the way and made sure that we were kept up to date with all that we needed. Whilst we miss our home - we are so glad we met Jo-Ann and that she was our agent. Love her to pieces and would recommend to anyone her involvement - she not only knowledgeable she is engaging and very supportive.
